Administrator - IT Service Desk - London
Administrator required for my City based Charity client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration relating to the work of the Service Desk within an ITIL environment supporting circa 3000 Users.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and removing users accounts, maintain the RMS inventory database and assist in the production of Service Desk reports as requested by the Service Desk Manager. The candidate must have experience in Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. The candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to write clear and concise records.
