Our market leading client is currently looking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for managing all IT services across the business and take responsibility for a number of internal and external supplier relationships. You will work closely with the business to define SLA's and ensure they are met through effective service delivery. Any Retail or logistics sector experience would be highly beneficial. You will also have excellent communication and enfluencing skills. ITIL or PRINCE2 certifications would be highly beneficial.![]()
