Application Support Analyst (MI)
The Client: A very large Business Law firm based in Manchester City Centre
Up to £28,500
The role:
· Assist MI developer in building and testing MI solutions
· Fault finding - diagnosing and resolving issues with existing MI solutions
· Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
· Participate in the analysis of trends and common issues to prevent future problems· Understand all the data that the business holds and assist in the creation of sustainable reporting solutions
· Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
· Communicate problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.
Technical experience: T-SQL SSRS SQL Server 05/08
