Service Desk Analyst required by my client based in Newquay.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a rapidly expanding team supporting a large corporate user base.In order to be successful you will need to have strong communication skills, be IT literate and have a passion for customer service.An academic background in IT and/or experience of providing technical support in a commercial environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
