Senior HR Manager
As a Global leader in its field, this specialist, high tech organisation has an exciting opportunity for an experience HR professional to join their business in driving a value add people strategy that supports business development and growth on a local and Global scale. Your role shall be to act as a true business partner to your designated client group; adopting both a strategic project focus and an operational, ';business as usual’ approach when required. Working within a complex matrix structure; your ability to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholder relationships will be key to your success
Key focus areas include:
* Lead the provision of a broad and varied generalist service
* Driving the company vision and values in line with wider Global strategy
* Manage project implementation including change programmes
* Contribute to the on-going development of People strategies to include Organisational Design, Talent, Reward and Succession strategies
* Managing high level employee relations issues
* Up-skilling and coaching Line Managers
* Internal communications and employee engagement
* Provision of effective HR management information
Key Experience and Qualifications:
* Significant experience in a senior HRM role, ideally within high-technology businesses employing specialist skills
* Experience of working within matrix structures as part of Global organisations
* Strengths in project management
* Demonstrable experience of contributing to and implementing effective people and business strategies
* ';Can do’ and flexible approach to supporting more operational HR requirements where required
