Desktop Support Analyst - London
Desktop Support Analyst required by my client based in London.The successful candidate will work as part of a small team providing 1st/2nd line support a user base of around 500, some of whom will be VIPs/Partners. In order to be successful the candidate should have good experience of supporting Windows 7 and Office 2010 and have supported senior users in a Financial Services or Professional Services business.
Experience of working in an ITIL environment and supporting AV equipment such as telepresence suites, Lenovo laptops, Exchange or Cisco would be advantageous but is not essential. If this role is of interest, please forward your CV without delay!![]()
