Release/Change Manager required on an initial 3 month contract. Working within an extremely faced paced, diverse and demanding environment, you will be responsible for the following:Responsible for the day to day management and implementation (release) of a large and constant flow of software/hardware and configuration change requests.Ensure the protection of the live environment you will receive, manage and communicate all Change Requests - including RFCs, quotations - from the Stakeholders, log and process in a timely manner and vet the requests for basic business requirement clarity.Perform impact assessments on all requests liaising with owners of operational services and applications as required, to ensure a complete picture is communicated for decision making.The Ideal candidate will have the following skillset;· Change Management experience (ITIL v3 a must)· IT / SDLC experience with code management and x1 and deployment systems a must· Cross-functional experience ideally with front office, middle office and back office experience· Agile/RAD (Rapid Application Development) experience![]()
