My client, a leading Oil & Gas company, are looking for a HR Assistant to join their team in London.

· To provide PA support to the HR Team. This will include diary management for Group Talent Manager and arranging of meetings and travel bookings for department
· To complete timesheets on a monthly basis for Group Talent Manager
· To manage the roll out of new HR IS system in London. This will include training employees on how to access and use the system.
To update and maintain data in the system and provide reports as required. In addition as the system is being implemented globally it will be necessary to liaise with HR departments in other locations to ensure the systems are being correctly updated
· To prepare presentations using Powerpoint and use analytical skills to work with Excel spreadsheets as required
· To administer and manage the benefit schemes in place for employees. This will include booking medicals, arranging season tickets, providing information to external parties for insurance purposes such as BUPA and Allianz
· To prepare and update standard documentation such as HR procedural guides, contracts and statements of employment.
To ensure organisation charts are updated regularly for London and to ensure regular updates are provided from other business units
· To manage all induction paperwork and process for new joiners including arranging pre-employment medicals, reference requests, issuing contracts and statements of employment and carrying out the induction interview.
To ensure process for leavers includes exit interview with Group HR Manager and relevant documentation issued.
To administer documentation and manage process for international assignments. This will include liaising with Expatriate tax advisors and relocation/removal companies in addition to arranging international briefings for employees and their partners where applicable.
To prepare and issue all contract documentation as required.

Skills / experience:
· Previous experience in HR is preferable.
· PA/Secretarial experience is required
· Good knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel is essential
