MI Project Change Manager - Sunbury
My client, a high profile oil & gas company, is looking for an MI Project Change Manager to join their team in Sunbury.
Role Purpose:
The client is implementing a new Performance Management and MI solution using SAP BPC NetWeaver 10.
They will work in conjunction with a SAP BPC consultancy to configure SAP BPC NetWeaver 10 to meet business requirements.
The implementation will continue throughout 2012 and covers the design and implementation of MI, planning and forecasting systems built to meet the needs of the business and functional teams as well as Group reporting processes.
Strategic MI Project Change Manager
Reporting to the Strategic MI Project Manager, the Strategic MI Project Change Manager will operate as part of the Project team.
The Project Change Manager will be responsible for working with the project team and business to ensure the business users are sufficiently prepared for the delivery of the new solution. It is expected that the change manager will coordinate and prepare activities related to communication, user acceptance testing and training.
Key Accountabilities:
Communication
* Responsible for identifying and managing business change and any associated change communications
* Responsible for the definition of to be business process procedures
* Helps to organise workshops
* Defines document templates
* Facilitate communication between the business and project team
User Acceptance Testing
* Develop Test Strategy
* Plan and communicate the resource requirements for testing
* Manage all phases of user acceptance testing
* Co-ordinate all parties engaged within user acceptance testing
* Manage Defects through all phases to closure
* Ensure sign-off of different phases of testing
Training:
* Responsible for defining the and executing the required training strategy
Essential Criteria:
* Completed at least two full project development life cycles in the capacity as change manager, with at least one project working with SAP BW or SAP BPC
* Experience in the development and coordination of all aspects of User Acceptance Testing
* Experience in identifying training needs and developing a training strategy
* Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
Competencies:
* Organisational skills
* Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
* Documentation skills
* Presentation skills
* Computer literacy
