Partnering the senior management team within a call centre and customer services support environment the role will mainly be based on one site of approximately 300 employees with very occasional travel to another site. The role will provide support on a day to day basis to the management team and will be responsible for ensuring tat effective employee relations is adopted across the client area, and change management is handled professionally and in a consultative manner.
The role is to start at the end of January 2013 for a minimum of 6 months - possibly longer and candidates need to be available to start around that time, have experience working as a HR Business Partner (ideally within a professional services or call centre environment) and be happy to travel to Norwich on a daily basis.
