Harvey Nash Finance are currently recruiting for an Interim Remediation Issue Manager for a client based in North Yorkshire.
Main purpose of the role;
To plan the effective and timely delivery of a multiple phased customer redress programme
To manage the investigation, solution design and full resolution of highly complex customer remediation issues in a timely, efficient, quality and compliant manner
Skills/Knowledge;
Demonstrated history of complex, multifaceted issue investigation and solution design
Experience in and knowledge of regulated financial services
Demonstrable history of successful project implementation history
Strong managerial skills, including recruiting, training and motivating a team
Qualifications;
Current recognised Project Management Qualification - SPM or Prince2
CeMap or FPC
In return my client is offering a 6 month fixed term contract paying circa £40,000.
