Requirement Specification
· - document and define support model to allow clear set of requirements to be defined ahead of issuing RFI and RFP for new service
· Develop model that shows the statistics on support volume, calls, tickets, Hardware replacement level , this will feed into the RFP for suppliers to size and cost support model proposals
· Assess models for Site hardware support, 1st Level support desk , Site installation and service

· Support Procurement Process
· With Procurement manager develop the material for RFI and RFP
· Co-ordinate the engagement of potential vendors, briefing requirements in support of RF / RFI
· Work with Procurement and Project Managers to evaluate the supplier responses leading from RFI to RFP

· Project Support
· Work with the project manager to develop material required for the project
· Develop financial modeling for business case and RFP analysis on options and best solution
· Develop from the RFP specification of work that would be used to allow the selected Vendor move to introduce new service

Base Skills:
· Knowledge & understanding on support model for site systems
· Analyst skills to allow requirement specification
· Procurement experience working within selection team
· Language skills: English (advanced)
· Analytical skills
· Financial modeling in support of RFP process

Core Competencies:
· Technical knowledge of site systems ( preferred but not essential )
· Card terminal experience ( preferred but not essential )
· Facilitation of technical design for support model
· Education / Work Experience:
· Technical Education or Academic Studies
