Senior HR Manager - Guildford - Salary up to £75,000 + Excellent BenefitsMy client is currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity within a globally recognised brand overseeing the healthcare HR team based at the head office in Guildford reporting in to the HR Director. This role will be tasked in developing and implementing the Healthcare HR strategy supporting a highly capable and experienced team of professionals, comprised of HR centres of excellence and commercial HR ManagersIn defining and executing the HR business aims, you will need to work very closely with the healthcare business, understand its business aims and the people delivering them to ensure correct alignment.
