PURPOSE
To act as the main point of contact between business units and technology in the mitigation of risk and the implementation of best in breed business practices and processes. For this reason, it is crucial that the post holder has strong experience of requirements engineering and impact assessments.
ESSENTIAL Skills:
- Full life cycle BA experience - business process and change
- Outstanding stakeholder management
- Understanding of business architecture and business capability modelling
- Persona - resilient, confident, credible, influential, diligent
- Corporate dynamics - able to work in a fast paced environment
DESIRABLE
- Exposure/ experience of working within a UML environment is highly desirableLogistics/ distribution sector experience
- ISEB Certified
