Service Desk / 1st Line Support Analyst

Service Desk / 1st Line Support - Financial Services / Windows / Active Directory / Customer Services - Cambridgeshire - £17 - £19k

My client is looking for a Service Desk/1st Line Support Analyst who will be acting as 1st line support to all areas of the business and logging user requests in the service desk application. The successful Service Desk Analyst will handle and resolve incidents, problems and queries all relating to applications and infrastructure and escalate when required to the 2nd/3rd line. Customer focus and support is key for this opportunity as the ideal candidate will be dealing with high call volumes, 30 - 50 per day. Coming in from a call centre environment will be highly desirable.
