Director End User Services - Media - London - required strong in management of outsourced partners, Service Desk and Deskside Service Delivery, Knowledge Management, Budget Oversight, Program Oversight/management and creating and selling a successful strategy/roadmap for the client services to work for my highly established Media client. This is an excellent opportunity for a Director of End User Services you will be responsible for global operations in the four areas of: -Service Desk - DeskSide Support -Software Support and Imaging for End User Computing Devices -Knowledge Management You will be supporting a mix of both internal and outsourced resources delivering services across multiple counties, cultures and languages. Your primary focus will be working closely with the clients outsourced provider to improve and maintain the underlying services to the end user in a measurable way. This will include strategy and execution concerning the underlying services, leading global teams (internal and external), implementing tools , managing budget, automation, process improvement and knowledge management. chosen End User Services Director will also be responsible the successful strategy/roadmap.
