Business Support required urgently for a Tier 1 Investment Bank. This is an inital 6 month contract paying up to £350pd.
·Facilitation, tracking and reviews of Monthly Status Reports
·Facilitation, tracking and reviews of Monthly Accomplishments
·Resource Planning and Financial Management
·Co-ordination of periodic All Hands and weekly Leadership Team Meetings
·Management of vendor contracts and invoices
·Compliance with regulatory and internally mandated training.
·On-boarding of new staff
·SharePoint maintenance
·Creation, verification and tracking of expense claims
·staff Administration (e.g. organization charts, corporate directory, distribution groups)
Essential:
·Strong Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) - 3 years or more
·Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
·Numerate / ability to understand basic financial planning.
·Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills who can grasp the big picture and but also manage at a detailed level.
·Ability to work in a complex, global environment with teams located throughout the US, Europe and Asia.
·ability to work with people at all levels; junior associates to senior executives.
·Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
·Attention to detail and ability to track and manage deliverables across the wider team.
