My client based in Cambridgeshire require a retail customer service consultant to set up a new customer service function as part of a new offering. The successful candidate will have worked extensively within customer service functions, with a particular track record of setting up functions for large retail organisations. You will have put in place people, systems and processes to ensure the function serves a multi-channel business, liaising with store ops, and supply chain teams to create a smooth customer journey. Strong project management skills are also essential for this role as it sits within a large transformation programme.
