Head of Global Operations required for our major digital client in London. You will be responsible for outsourced resources delivering services into multiple counties and the internal services. Your primary focus will be to improve and maintain the underlying services to the end user in a measurable way. This will include strategy and execution concerning the underlying services, leading global teams, implementing tools, managing budget, automation, process improvement and knowledge management. The successful candidate also be responsible for the successful delivery of a roadmap. To apply the chosen Director for End User Services will have excellent experience in the following areas; Service Desk, Desk Side Support, Software Support and Imaging for End User Computing Devices as well as Knowledge Management. You must have experience of the technical requirements and common tools in delivering end user services globally. Any candidates with Six Sigma certifications, Prince 2 qualifications or certifications in the management of technology outsourcing is highly desirable.
