The candidate must have extensive experience working in CRM programmes and a proven record of delivering large complex projects and ability to manage multiple concurrent work-streams. As the Programme Manager you will manage a business-wide Siebel programme across Sales, Customer Service, Master Data Management Order Management, Reporting and integrate CRM with Oracle components.
