Technical Operations Manager/ CCIP Technical Operations Manager/ ITIL V3 Operations Manager My client is a global ISP looking to hire a key member of management staff in order to complete a new Shared Service Centre of excellence. You will be responsible for managing a team of Engineers providing 2nd line diagnostics, fault management and service restoration, a Change Management team, a 3rd line Problem Management team and a Customer Solutions Implementation team for top global clients. You will be managing a wider team comprising of multiple technical teams and will need to act as point of escalation and guidance for team and lower tier members. The teams are responsible for end to end technical support, diagnostics, fault management and service restoration for issues relating to client firewalls faults. 2nd line technical support, diagnostics, fault management, and service restoration for cases raised but not resolved at the 1st line level. 3rd line problem solving, analysis and error recording. Internal and supplier driven Change Management. Customer Solutions (CPE) implementation Engineering. Candidates must have strong technical skills and be able to manage with confidence incidents relating to access, network and router technologies such that they can effectively diagnose and identify the root cause and corrective action needed to restore service.
