Enterprise Integration Architect - Leeds - £60,000 to £70,000 + car allowance + excellent realistic bonus potential.
This is a fixed term contract role, minimum 12 months.
As a senior Architect on the Enterprise team the Integration Architect will work with both Technology and Business teams to maintain the required level of documentation related to integrations between process, channels and back end systems. Working with Supplier delivery teams the post holder will assure the delivery of the integration architecture blueprint and design.Responsible for driving Integration and SOA. The Integration Architect will design and drive the Enterprise Integration for a large scale IT Transformation across multiple processes and geographies.
Working with the Data and Applications Architects the post holder will drive, shape and support the implementation of SOA principles, patterns and technology.
Experience:
· Integration Architect role in a large organisation, end-user organisation or System integrator.
· Working with System Integrators to deliver integration technologies and services on an enterprise scale.
· Delivery of Enterprise processes and Governance in the integration architecture space.
· Proven ability to hook into and influence business strategy in relation to technology.
· Proven experience of delivering significant technology initiatives.
· Integration Architecture design and roadmaps.· 3rd Party technology vendor Assessments and reviews.
Knowledge:
· Enterprise Integration patterns Service library and catalogues definition and maintenance
· A broad variety of integration protocols (SOAP, ETL, WISDL, REST etc)
· Enterprise modelling tools and techniques.
· Setting Target Architectures.
· Technically aware - Exposure to a variety of integration technologies and vendors.
· Sound knowledge of Financial services processes and practices.
Skills:
· Strong technical background in SOA
· Excellent background working with third party system integrators for delivery of SOA processes and technology.
· SOA (ESB, ETL, SOAP) Protocol design and implementation on an enterprise scale.
