Job Purpose
Reporting to the Director of Digital, the Head of UK Digital Marketing will be responsible for a suite of Digital products in the UK. This includes driving the commercial and marketing strategies to grow existing products and helping shape global product roadmaps for UK requirements.
Primary Requirements
§ Define the UK product GTM strategy to achieve the UK's commercial metrics, including: Revenue, Margin, NPS, User growth and Solution Usage,
§ Optimise performance in market, working closely with leadership from Sales, Operations, Finance, Channel Marketing, Propositions and Branding on offers and propositions.
§ Create the marketing plans to drive in-life product performance and lead virtual marketing team to execute;
§ Work with sales leadership to drive product sell through. Develop strategy for sales training, provide competitive analysis for the sales channels and create insights.
§ Lead forecasting for your products, working with operations and customer care on delivery and quality.
§ Drive the plans for your products in the UK, identifying market-specific product requirements working with Global Product Group to deliver.
§ Identify solution gaps in the market and work with Business Development to specify product or partnership requirements.
· Ability to build successful working relationships with key stakeholders including Sales management and the marketing teams
· Successful delivery of UK Digital Product GTM strategy against agreed targets
