Network and Telephony specialist -design, networking and ITIL
My prestige client in Birmingham is looking for a strong Network / Telephony specialist. Ideal candidate must have had exposure to:
· Strong background in IT Architecture and Network design
· Good working background in Telephony architecture and support (AVAYA or CISCO would be extremely beneficial)
· Knowledge in Information Technology with ITIL framework experience/exposure.
· Proven hands on experience of managing stakeholders
· Must be able to deliver to tight deadlines
· The ability to understand customer business requirements and in turn deliver a technical solution which is fit for purpose
· Solid hardware knowledge/experience
