My client is a managed network service/ ISP and is looking for a new team member in the first line technical service desk team. The position is the first point of contact for clients calling in with technical difficulties so candidates must have excellent communication and analytical skills. The correct candidate will have a CCNA or be working towards a CCNA and will have experience troubleshooting broadband connectivity issues. Candidates must have previous experience in an ITIL Service Desk environemnt.My client is willing to train and develop staff and is ideally looking for a candidate who wants to furthur progress their career in networking.
