Performance Tester / Automation Enginner / QA Engineer / client side /
Looking for a Performance Test Engineer with at least 3-4 years experience in Software Performance testing. Software Automation Testers with good programming skills will also be considered.
Main measurement tool will be HP Load Runner. Main tested systems will be web sites and web services hosted by web servers in complex environments
Good understanding of software development life cycle and ability to properly document and follow performance problems
Ability to communicate with Development, Architects and Product Management teams.
Thorough understanding of client - server system architecture and operation.
Good knowledge of networking and Network analysis tools like Fiddler, http analyzer
Good understanding of xml, html, web services and web sites.
Knowledge of databases and SQL.
Experience in the design of test scenarios, planning and execution of tests, analysis and evaluation of results. Excellent Reporting and Presentation skills.
Excellent self-organization of work, ability to integrate into higher level project plans and to stick to deadlines
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Essential day to day responsibilities:
Facilitation, Execution and Analysis of Client side Performance tests to verify Business defined targets for multiple test campaigns
Contributing to the acceptance and exit criteria
Maintain automated test scripts and libraries
Close Coordination with Quality Assurance, Development, Environment Management, Tech Ops and App Support teams
Working with Automation Engineers in building automation scripts based on automation framework
Report on Performance Quality status to management reflecting testing results and progress.
Develop and Build relationship with Delivery teams and Global Tech Ops teams
Execution and Analysis of Server side Performance tests to verify Business defined targets for multiple test campaigns
Maintain test scripts and libraries
Close Coordination with Platform Server Side Performance team, Environment Management, Tech Ops and App Support teams
