IT Support Engineer
Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience of end-user support of all aspects of IT including Hardware, Software and Network Infrastructure.
You Must have:
·Experience working to SLA's and be able to escalate incidents when necessary
·Take part in projects including rollouts, moves and new implementations
·Knowledge of Windows Smart Phones and the configuration and support of these devices
·Microsoft servers and Novell environments
·PBX telephone systems, Active Directory awareness![]()
