Salesforce Business Analyst (Zuora/Billing) - Media
My London based media client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience working with Zuora and billing/integration systems. The Senior BA will play an integral post in supporting the departments Salesforce CRM systems and you will be expected to demonstrate strong technical problem solving skills with strong requirement gathering skills.
You must be able to elicit requirements using interviews, documents analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and work flow analysis. The Salesforce BA will ideally have strong experience working with Zuora and be able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high level information into details. You will collaborate with develops and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade offs between usability and performance leads.
