This is an opportunity for an experienced Interim Reward Manager to join my client for a short period of time. Managing a large team (around 15 people) you will be responsible for the motivation and work-load of the team whilst ensuring that a number of on going Reward projects are continued. Current projects include salary benchmarking, job evaluation, reward policy development and executive compensation reviews.
The successful candidate will be immediately available and able to start in the next couple of weeks, have experience operating at a senior level within Reward in a large commercial organisation and be happy to travel to Coventry on a daily basis. The role is ideally for someone who lives within an easy commute of Coventry and will be paid on a daily rate of up to £400 to either an umbrella or a LTD company.![]()
