Our client, a high profile Oil and Gas organisation requre a Service Delivery Manager to join them on a temporary basis


Requirements:
Previous experience of managing a service within a large, Global organisation
Service Desk management experience
Vendor/Supplier management
Customer management experience
OLA composition and implementation experience
Experience or working within a Global, 24x7 Service Desk model

Qualifications
ITIL Foundation Certificate (V3)
ITIL Intermediate or Practitioner Certificate (V2 or V3)
Prince II - optional

Competencies:
Stakeholder relationship management
IT Management
Service level management
Supplier relationship management
