The ideal candidate MUST have an extensive agile background and have the following skillset:
* Minimum 6 years experience as a Java JEE programmer
* Good knowledge of core Java & JEE, including Struts, Hibernate, Spring
* Must have experience with Agile / eXtreme Programming
Highly desirable:
JMS, WMQ, AJAX, Domain Driven Design (DDD)
* Must have experience with Agile / eXtreme Programming project methodology and development teams. Experience of using the Atlassian product suite is preferable (e.g. Jira, Greenhopper) or other Agile requirements management tools (e.g. Rational team concert, Mingle).
* Knowledge of automated build / continuous integration platforms, especially Ant and CruiseControl (Maven, Bamboo useful)
