My Cambridgeshire based client is looking for a UAT Test Manager for a 6 month contract. Governance· Prepare UAT Test Plan with stakeholders and Sign-off· Prepare UAT Test Entry/Exit Criteria with stakeholders and Sign-off· Manage activities contained within UAT Test Acceptance to ensure UAT commencement on timeUAT Environment/Quality Centre· Agree with Business representatives the number, roles and responsibilities of testers · Assure the CCMS UAT Test environment, logins and test data is readied for UAT· Ensure appropriate QC area, logins and privileges setup for UATTest Preparation· Manage the agreement of sizing, timing number of runs, resources required to support UAT· Assure CCMS Phase 2 scripts scope and coverage between CIE, ESOL and OCR (ie who is doing what) is complete· Ensure Phase 2 CCMS Business Requirements are mapped to suitably developed Quality Centre Test Plan · Ensure Phase 2 scripts are completed by the business in accordance within agreed business standards for UAT to commence· Ensure Business formatted Test Scripts are converted enabling upload to Quality CentreTest Execution· Create and Deliver UAT educational Training pack with regard to test process, Phase 2 coverage, defect classification etc· Schedule and run daily SCRUM meetings with UAT representatives· Manage the daily process of UAT execution, working with supplier, UAT team and other project team members to maintain UAT schedule· Escalate issues during Test Execution eg Environment, progress, resources as appropriate· Ensure all defects are logged in accordance with agreed defect management process for Triage to undertaken on a daily basis· Schedule and run daily TRIAGE meeting for defect management. Update QC for status change and actions connected with defect management progress· Produce daily export from QC of defects logged requiring progression resolution for supplier· Update QC for supplier update on defects fixed and available for retest.UAT Exit· Create QC Progress reporting for tracking of defects, test execution progress and tests coverage on a daily basis· Produce Test outcome report in accordance with UAT Test Plan· Schedule Test outcome report meeting with stakeholders and Final Go/No Go for UAT exit![]()
