Commercial experience of MVC is vital to a successful application.

It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills as you will be required to regularly liaise with clients. My client has recently upgraded to .NET 4.0 with Visual Studio 2010 and have integrated this with a move to Team Foundation Server 2010, therefore any experience of working with .net 4.0, visual studio or Team Foundation Server would be advantageous. In addition any commercial experience of working within an agile methodology such as SCRUM would be beneficial.
This is a senior position therefore you will be willing and able to share your knowledge and expertise with less experienced members of staff. You will have between 2-4 years commercial software development experience of working with C#.net web based applications.
