Business analyst (mobile)

The position we are recruiting for consists of three key elements:

· Perform an agile business analyst role on IT projects - these projects are on a variety of different systems and business areas, no two days will ever be the same

· Contribute to the development of our project and delivery processes - continuous improvement is important to us

· Development of a product owner role within the company - we want your help to take our agile implementation to the next level

Key Skills:

· Proven experience of business and systems analysis within an IT development environment utilising agile development principles

· Happiest working in a fast paced, challenging and rapidly changing environment

· Experienced translating business requirements into deliverable solutions

· Comfortable breaking projects down into epics and user stories and feeding these requirements into our development pipeline in an appropriate way

· Experience maintaining a product backlog

· Broad background and experience of IT technologies and systems including customer facing E-Commerce sites, back office, finance and reporting etc.

· Prior experience working with internal development teams and third party providers

· Previous exposure to working with offshore development teams

· Strong analytical ability and experience with good attention to detail
