Network Engineer - Cisco: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Network professional to work with a market leading organisation based in Nottingham. My client is seeking someone with particular skill in Cisco and Juniper technologies. Ideally you will possess a CCNA or CCNP and the range of technologies desired are as follows:
· Extensive experience of supporting, maintaining, implementing and designing of complex Network estates using CISCO systems.
· Knowledgeable of core Internet Protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, BGP, etc.)
· Experience of configuring and maintaining CISCO FWSM/ ASA/ PIX firewall.
· Experience of Juniper ISG/SSG Firewalls, NSM and Secure Access is of definite advantage.
This is an initial 3 month contract
