Our market leading client is currently looking to recruit a Master Black Belt to take responsibility for business improvement activities within the New Product Development / R&D function. You will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of improvement projects in the areas of Six Sigma, DFSS and Lean. You will lead major business change projects and personally oversee teams working on complex/time consuming improvement projects of greater scope than Black Belt projects. You will promote awareness and deployment of advanced tools such as DFSS methods and Robust Design techniques to ensure that reliability is integral to the design approach. You will be ideally come from a Manufacturing, Engineering or Research & Development background and be Six Sigma (to at least Black Belt) and DFSS trained.![]()
