Business Process Design Manager - Birmingham - 6 months - £350-400 per day. An experienced Business Analyst with experience of process improvement and solutions design is required to join an organisation in Birmingham. You will need to have experience of business process design, gained within the retail, leisure or hospitality industry. You will be working on a market-leading web programme, and as such will be very familiar with technical challenges and have experience in a web-based environment. Being responsible for solutions design, you will own the documentation and be comfortable dealing with stakeholders both within IT and the business.
