Production / Application Support Analyst/ full trade lifecycle / SQL
Looking for an experienced Support Specialist with strong experience in supporting bespoke or in-house cross-asset application systems. - This is a cross-asset bespoke application system.
- Must have full trade lifecycle experiecne as well as strong operational knowledge of the entire front to back office process.
- Must have cross-asset knowledge
- Must have experience in writing support documents for applications: Trouble shooting guides, Standard operating procedures for new bespoke systems
- Front office experience and full trade life-clycle knowledge
