Interim Senior HR Manager required for a maternity cover contract starting in March. Working for my prestigious Re-Insurance client based in the City of London this role is going to provide business as usual HR support to Europe and Asia whilst the current incumbent is on maternity leave.
Managing a small team based in the UK and a couple of people based internationally you will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment and resourcing, change management, training and development, all FSA compliance and regulation, payroll and global mobility.
The role has a number of on-going projects to get involved in and there may be an opportunity for a permanent position at the end of the assignment.
The successful candidate will be:
- Available to start in March and commit for a minimum of 9 months
- Willing to work on a fixed term contract as daily rate is not being considered for this role
- Have extensive experience within Insurance/Reinsurance (essential for shortlisting criteria)
- Have a true Business Partnering approach
- Have full knowledge of FSA regulation within the insurance market
- Have global mobility experience
- Ideally have experience working within an international organisation (especially Switzerland)
