My high profile retail client is looking for an Interim Head of Programme Office/Planning / IT Projects Delivery/Portfolio Manager to focus on pulling all the projects and processes together to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects. Responsibilities will include to create a project office strategy and a 'project office' culture and agile processes, review current procedures/processes/governance/methodology, define a strategy to improve processes and governance, create, maintain and own and be accountable for the programme plan and process and resources, own the resourcing process and manage the project office team.
