Harvey Nash Finance are looking to recruit a Commercial Reporting Accountant on behalf of our client. It is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Commercial Accountant to join this leading leisure group. The role is to be based in Gibraltar where you will benefit from working in a more favourable climate and taxation regime!
The role is suited to a qualified accountant - CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) - who has experience of working within an energised environment, to tight deadlines, and the ability to report and present to senior management teams.
The ideal candidate would be required to have good communication skills, an analytical mind and the ability to analyse large amounts of data and provide conclusions.
Key responsibilities would include:
Assist in the production and development of weekly/daily financial and KPI reporting
Interpretation of the income statement across different countries and territories
Ensure the accuracy of Capital Expenditure
Assist in the production of the annual plan
Work with the other department and teams to maintain the consistency and the integrity of the revenue data - reporting this across the organisation
Knowledge and experience of working with SQL would be desirable but not essential.
