Harvey Nash Finance are currently recruiting for a Finance Regulatory Specialist to work for a large organisation based in the West Midlands.
Role;
Drive and take ownership of the financial reporting (Solvency II, FSA Returns, ICA, RMARs, Irish Regulatory reporting)
Production of statutory accounts
Production of monthly balance sheets and cash flow statements
Production of monthly board reports
Support the CFO and Group FDs regarding all regulatory aspects of new services, projects and contracts
Understand commercial decisions being made
Challenge and amend proposals where necessary
Skills/Knowledge
Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA, ACCA (or equivalent)
Proven experience in a similar role
Financial Modelling skills
Strong Analytical skills
FSA Regulatory experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge with FSA experience
Able to challenge constructively
In return my client are offering a Permanent contract paying up-to £65,000 (depending on experience) plus bonus and company benefits (including company pension and flexible benefits)Image may be NSFW.
