Business Analyst My client, a leading high end retail organisation is actively looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join the existing team. We are looking for individuals who can take forward the delivery of CRM systems following business transformation programmes. We require a Business Analyst to work with the team to help address our current and future business needs for Siebel and OBIEE. We are looking for individuals who have strong skills in building rapport with clients and stakeholders throughout the organisation to deliver both tactical and strategic projects working within a matrix based environment. The candidate needs to be comfortable supporting the delivery of both business projects and ones with a significant technology element. The right candidate will have experience of working in a highly dynamic, ambiguous and changing environment, working on projects that will be both tactical and strategic in nature within a matrix based IT organisation. It is also essential to have experience of working in a multiple stakeholder/3rd party environment in a very collaborative manner.You will need demonstrable experience in the following:Producing detailed and accurate specification documentation to capture customer requirements Deliver presentations, workshops and one to ones to gain input on recommendations in order for Senior Business Analysts to obtain sign off of solutions and recommendations. Scope Management and Change Control - agree project objectives, scope, deliverables, timescales and budgets. Manage changes in project scope or requirements, negotiating as necessary with business stakeholders.To maintain a rapport with stakeholders through a succession of project deliveries.Quickly gain an understanding on the business issues and build project plans with stakeholders to take the business forward.Risk & Issue Management - Identify record, manage and mitigate risks, to prevent those becoming issues.
