This is a great time to embark on this Senior HR Advisor opportunity within a well-known Retail brand with a well-respected and established HR team. Based at national HQ and locally supporting Head Office functions, you will work closely with the HR Manager, ';acting up’ to provide higher level support where needed alongside your varied remit for all HR Generalist issues. As part of a relaxed, friendly and creative work environment, you will enjoy a close working relationship with the business and will ensure the on-going nurturing off stakeholder partnerships
Key Accountabilities
* Support managers in the application of employment law and company policy, utilising expertise from ER colleagues in Central Functions
* Coach managers in relation to Performance Management processes and guide them on the development of individual and business objectives in order to drive high performance levels
* Effectively manage all Recruitment activity to include Competency based interviewing for all roles entry through to Management level
Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* CIPD qualification is preferred alongside Degree qualification or equivalent
* Experience of working at Senior HR Advisor level with a pro-active, ';can-do’ approach
* Experience of working with the Retail and Leisure industry
* HR Generalist experience with strengths in Recruitment
* Flexible and proactive in managing a varied and changeable workload within experience of highly commercial, fast-paced businesses
