IT Analyst - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, proactive individual with excellent analytical skills to join this well established organisation. Helping to capture requirements for critical business processes, the ideal candidate will have had prior experience of the full software development lifecycle.Besides capturing requirements, the role will also entail investigating and analysing system issues, solution development, project management, preparing user test plans, writing SQL scripts, developing Crystal Reports and developing MS Access systems. The applicant should be adaptable and willing to turn their hand to whatever task is required to assist the development process. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Essential skills: · An IT (or science based) qualification (degree level or equivalent) with good SQL and RDBMS skills. The applicant must understand the full System Development Lifecycle and have at least one years' experience in analysis and / or development gained in an IT Team or as part of their studies / placement. · Must be proactive and flexible with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).· Must have strong problem solving skills and be analytically minded.The following skills are desirable, although not essential: XML, SQL Server, .Net, SSADM, UML, BPM.![]()
