Support Analyst

* 2 years working in a technical support environment as first or second line support
* Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 2007/2010
* Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems
* Application Support: Office, Citrix, Outlook Exchange
* Hardware Support: Diagnose faults, replace and upgrade memory and hard drives in both desktops and laptops
* Experience of Internet Technologies and networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Ethernet, cabling, TCP/IP)
* Building and maintenance of desktop PCs and laptops (HP hardware experience would be desirable but not essential)
* Experience of Domain/Active Directory administration and configuration
* Citrix Presentation Server administration desirable
* Exchange 2003 / 2010 administration an advantage
* Mac OS 10.6 and upwards administration an advantage
Experience of Telephony and telephone system configuration (Avaya or other) an advantage
