My client who are a highly successful organisation are looking to directly recruit an IT Technician to work in their Central London based office.The main purpose of this role is to ensure effective use of the company's information technology through its efficient installation, support and maintenance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 1st line support technician to join a vibrant organisation where customer service is key the client are really looking to secure a candidate who fully understands the importance in providing a good IT service to a company.
This role would suit an individual who is used to multi-tasking and prioritising his or her own workload. You must also be an excellent good team player (self-motivated!) with the capability to work alone too.
Exposure to an ITIL support environment would also be advantageous.The software used by my client is extremely varied so this is also a great chance for an established IT Technician to expand their knowledge and skills base.
In return the client is offering a base salary of £20,000 - £26,000 depending on experience + fantastic benefits and a great working environment.Image may be NSFW.
