A leading Specialist insurance company in the North West are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Service Desk Analyst to join their team in South Manchester.

The successful candidate will be an excellent Communicator with an ability to Communicate and Articulate at all levels. They must show an ability to ensure non-technical people are well informed and have good understanding.I

n addition Candidates must display the following:
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Excellent Organisational & Administrative Skills - Organisation, Prioritisation, Time & resource management, High quality documentation.
· Self Motivated
· Target Driven / Results Orientated· Contentious.
· Dedication / Commitment
· Honest & Transparent
· Ability to work within a high-volume call centre environment where outages have profitability impacts.
· Problem identification, management and solving, Root Cause Analysis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspirational Service Desk Analyst who is looking to expand their IT skill-set within a fantastic environment.

Salary is around £16K but is negotiable based on experience.
