IT Support Engineer - 1st / 2nd Line Support - Global Media Company

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer with 1st & 2nd Line Support experience to join an exclusive Global Media company based in London.

IT Support Engineer must have good knowledge of Mac OS x (Snow Leopard, Lion) as 85% of users are Mac users. You will also require experience/exposure to Google Apps.

IT Support Engineer who wish to be considered for this opportunity must display the following skills & expertise:

* 2+ years’ experience in an IT Support Engineer type role
* 1st & 2nd Line Support experience
* Good knowledge of MS Office & Windows XP/7
* Good knowledge of Mac OS X - Snow Leopard, Lion
* Experience/Exposure to Google Apps
* Knowledge of Active Directory
