Service Delivery Manager, Leicestershire

My client is looking for a Services Delivery Manager to motivate, develop and lead the Services Delivery Team, including 4 Team Leaders and to establish an effective Services Delivery function, manage the end to end delivery of all I.S. operational services, (excluding the application service delivery), according to service agreement, manage and direct the Helpdesk, incident and problem management , change and configuration management, contract management, service monitoring capacity monitoring and manage 3rd party suppliers and to 'champion' service improvement and cost reduction. Applicants are required to have a strong background in Service Delivery, ITIL experience/qualification, budgetary Control and Project Management experience and experience of the management of 24 x 7 operational services.Image may be NSFW.
